Capture each snag on the floor. Skip the evening of retyping.
DexaFlow is an offline punch-list tool for commissioning engineers. Take a photo, hold to record a 10-second note, add a hardware tag. It saves on your phone with no signal. At the hotel it becomes an A4 FAT/SAT protocol PDF that you email yourself.
Price we are testing: $250–$500 flat per project. No per-seat licence.
- No link leaves the phone. The output is a PDF you email.
- No PLC or fieldbus connection. It records evidence, not machine logic.
- Flat project pricing, no per-seat licence. Still a hypothesis.
How it works, in three steps
- Step 1Capture on the floorA photo, a voice note of up to 10 seconds, and a hardware tag such as +CAB01-K1. Each snag saves on the phone as you go, without a network once the page is open.
- Step 2Review at the hotelA laptop view lists every snag by time and tag, and lets you attribute each to a trade.
- Step 3Email one PDFAn A4 FAT/SAT protocol with a document hash and a punch table. You attach it to your own email. There is no link or portal.
Who is building this
I have commissioned a lot of plant automation: integrations, smart control upgrades, the lot. On almost every job it is the same story. The I/Os do not match reality. The equipment does not live up to the original design. The technical specs are out of date.
And there you stand, with your project and your responsibility, burning unpaid hours at best and the customer's production time at worst.
You solve problems for a living, and so do I. I am building DexaFlow on my own to find out whether a quick, honest record of what you found on the floor can take some of that weight off. I am not selling anything yet, and there are no customers or testimonials here because there is nothing real to quote. If I have it wrong, tell me. A plain "not a problem for us" helps as much as a yes.

Try the click-through, and tell me what is wrong with it
Leave your email and you get the click-through link, which opens on your phone and your laptop, plus the sample protocol. If it fits your projects, you also get a free pilot slot.
For commissioning leads, engineering directors, and integrator owners. Discrete assembly cells.
